the Report Builder button in SSRS

Reporting Services Scripter is a tool which allows you to slurp down SSRS reports from one server in some manner of serialized form and then shove them up to another server allowing for dev-to-UAT-to-production sorts of pushing and consistency. "But isn't that a bad idea?" you ask. "Why wouldn't you just push to either environment from a BIDS project you keep saved in TFS? Duh." Great point. That is the better way to go. The thing that breaks that model is "Report Builder" a button which may be turned on at an SSRS server interface to allow persons to roll their own reports right at the server outside of BIDS. Once you open this can of bad, you need a strategy to deal with it!
